Data Deletion Instructions

Influme, operated by Orderly Wellness Corporation, lets you delete the data we hold about you at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Remove Influme from Facebook

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Select Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
3. Find Influme and choose Remove.

Removing the app sends Influme a data-deletion signal. Upon receiving it, we delete the personal data associated with your account and, where applicable, return a confirmation reference for the request.

Option 2 — Email us

Send a request to privacy@getenk.com with the subject Data Deletion Request, from the email associated with your account. We will verify the request and delete your data.

What we delete

• Your profile information received from Facebook Login (name, user ID, email).
• Cached Page/Instagram asset lists and any offer opt-in selections tied to your account.
• Stored authentication tokens.

We may retain a minimal, non-identifying record of consent/opt-in history where required to meet legal or audit obligations. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
